This trip is perfect for underwater photography and videography.  There is a mix of relaxed reef diving, exciting historic wrecks, dramatic walls and exhilarating drift diving.

Sea Serpent Glory liveaboard is part of the well-established Sea Serpent Fleet operating dive liveaboards in the Red Sea, Egypt. It has 13 air-conditioned, ensuite cabins which can accommodate up to 26 guests. These consist of 1 Double Master suite with panoramic windows and 12 twin bed cabins. Cabins are located on either the upper deck or lower deck, depending on the type.

The M/Y Sea Serpent Glory is a modern motor yacht at 40mtrs/131ft in length and it has a clean, light and modern feel to its interior. There are plenty of social spaces around the deck areas including a large comfortable indoor lounge and dining space on the main deck. On the sundeck and fly deck, there is more outside seating for guests to relax on between dives or soak up some Egyptian sunshine. Sea Serpent Glory also boasts a large spacious dive deck area with a dive platform where divers can store their equipment, get ready for dives and easily enter the water.

THE ROUTE: Rocky Island, Zabargad & St. John's Reef

Itinerary Hightlights

As the most southerly of Egypt’s Red Sea dive destinations, not many divers make it to St. John’s, Zabargad and Rocky Island. Those who do, often iterate their belief that this is the best diving in the Red Sea. With abundant marine life, uncrowded dive sites and crystal clear visibility, it’s easy to understand why.

St. John’s is a healthy reef system lying 25 miles (40 kilometers) southwest of Rocky Island and just east of Elba National Park. Habili Ali and Habili Gafaar are two reef dives known for their abundant soft corals and black corals as well as their schooling pelagic fish species.

This trip is perfect for underwater photography and videography.  There is a mix of relaxed reef diving, exciting historic wrecks, dramatic walls and exhilarating drift diving.
